Donovan Miller has over 15 years of experience in coaching from grassroots to international level. This is evident in the work he does with schools, community academies, and coaching  T20 franchise teams around the world. In particular:  As the Head Coach at Jamaica Tallawahs,  Jozi Stars and Vancouver Knights. In 2019 he assisted with England’s World Cup and Ashes squad preparations. During this convo Donovan and I chat about team environments, working with superstars and younger players in the same squad and tough conversations.
