Very good, very relatable
Love this podcast. I relate so much and it is very helpful processing what is going on inside my mind, even with the help of doctors and therapists. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is bc the microphone is set too close and the some base words come out very loud through my speaker or headphones. Please adjust so I can listen to one set volume no disruptions! Keep the episodes coming!

This podcast, although a little rough around the edges (no intro, audio not great, etc) is rich with information so it really doesn’t matter bc the content is what counts. I’ve listened to all of them, eagerly awaiting more along with her book.
