As someone who used to row competitively but has since had two children, this Podcast is a superb reminder of what I need to do to become fit again! Having completed sessions on the bikeerg and rowerg, Katie does a great job of guiding you through different workouts - commentating on technique, posture and stats! Please keep them coming!

These are engaging workouts that can be undertaken by anyone: experienced or inexperienced. I’ve gone back to them following a knee injury and am rehabilitating and they’re very useful.
