Love the podcast
Let’s face it. Most people just bang the lever up to 10, beat themselves up for a few minutes and come off the rower thinking it had been hell. But Katie is so skilful and knowledgeable that she has devised workouts that are fun and highly productive. Also, she demonstrates how flexible and useful the monitor, notably the PM5, is. These are not easy sessions but 45 minutes or an hour flies by and the fitness results are amazing. I can’t recommend this series highly enough. Give it a go and you’ll never see the erg in the same way again!

I’ve had my rower for at least 5 years and have discovered so many different ways to use it with this podcast. It’s like having a personal coach guiding you through the workout.

I would have given 5 stars, but too often the non-host participants in the workout are too far from the mic and can’t be heard. If they ask questions, that can’t be heard either, and the host doesn’t repeat the question. Other than that - it’s great!
