I listen to these podcasts over and over again-- in the car, on my lunch break, at the gym. This podcast really inspires me in all areas in my life. It is my favorite podcast, and is at the very top of my podcast list. If you haven't started listening yet-- you are seriously missing out!!!

There aren't many shows that actually inspire like this one. Love the guests, the stories, and the style. The host really knows how to keep me engaged. The last couple shows have been powerful! Just loving it. Can't wait for more!

Richard conveys not only on how to be great a leader, but he gives out advice that even the daily man needs to hear. The content that he puts out is amazing and is great if you need to reflect on yourself.
