Focus is powerful. Leaders who are thriving during this current season of uncertainty keep the best of their energy and attention leveraged in the same direction. Leaders need resilience. The most critical time for leadership isn’t on the mountaintop, it’s in the valley. Make sure resilience is a widespread team attribute, rather than a scarce one.
