Shorter episodes that one might expect, but no less comprehensive
I lived in London and Surrey in the early 90s. It’s such a long time ago; I’m embarrassed to say that I cant remember if i ate beef burgers or if i did, how many i ate. After a Friday night out, i would typically eat a kebab. But it’s highly likely that i occasionally ate a burger for lunch or late at night. I was too poor to eat any fancy beef and never bought any minced beef; it was much cheaper to eat tinned corned beed (cue further embarrassment) I found this podcast to be comprehensive and well-paced. I was pleased to see/hear that the programme makers werent dismissive of “cranks”, as could so easily have occurred. Very good narration by the host; no mispronunciations, no vocal fry, nothing uttered or production value inserted that took me out of the story By episode eight, i began actively looking for aspects of the podcast that i could pass a negative critique on; couldnt find anything. Well done to the production team ; five stars

Informative and interesting, well presented, relevant interviews. Short episodes and easy to listen to, volume levels even. Well worth a listen.
