“I found Anna on YouTube and she has been so much more helpful than years spent on expensive therapy! Most of the therapist I saw through the years didn’t know how to help me and I felt like there was no hope for me. It took Anna a woman who is not a therapist and makes no secret about it to help me with my trauma from childhood. Anna may not be therapist but she talks about her own life experiences and how she copes with her childhood trauma. Only another who’s been through similar experiences that I’ve been through was the only one who was able to understand and help. She has a lot of free videos and helpful tips on YouTube. She’s wonderful!”
