“This is one of my favorite podcasts. I enjoy the banter between the various panelists the most - so the Articles of News are my favorite episodes. Of course, my favorite is Just Joni (spelling?) because she expresses things as I would if I were on the panel. But, it is also fun to hear the other side - gospel/spiritually as well as politically.
I really enjoy Richie T who is engaging and funny. You can tell he does this for a living (at his day job). I do wish that he would challenge those he interviews a little more, but for the most part I have enjoyed every episode I've listened to. There were a couple that made me feel uncomfortable spiritually, so I just skipped those. The vast majority of the episodes are fun and mostly about the culture of the church which, to a certain extent, needs to be made fun of more.
I get the feeling that the majority of the panelists struggle with their testimony, but I appreciate their honesty and willingness to discuss gospel topics as well as cultural things in an open manner. The only one I would characterize as judgmental is Rob (the DJ). It's totally fine to disagree, but PLEASE dial back the hostility against conservatives. Oy.
