“I had to stop bc of the sound issues. The undulating high pitch sounds/crashing symbols during crucial parts of interviews makes me very aggravated and sad. Not only are they not sensory friendly, but they’re too loud and really distract from the person talking under it. It doesn’t add anything to the significance of specific parts of the episode-intense sounds and music, that is. We can infer which parts we should be listening to more closely or ones you are trying to emphasize. The emotional reaction will come regardless of background sounds. You can also hear the insides of everyone’s mouths. Pleeeease read these reviews of ppl saying the same. I really, really want to be able to listen and support.”
