One small thing promotes it from 4 to 5-stars
Until recently this was a consistent 4-Star podcast with great content and solid production values. Stewart and his provocation posse do a great job with high quality legal analysis and generating more than a little food for thought. If Stewart ever overcomes his infamous hatred of (and possibly cognitive bias against) EU data protection law, I don’t know where else I will ever again find a recurring fountain of scathing (and mostly unfair) reviews of everything related to GDPR. And now, The Promotion! I hereby award the coveted Fifth Star to this podcast due to a change in production implemented in late 2020 or early 2021. Without wishing to cast aspersions on any of the on-air talent, someone on the production staff (either a tireless human editor or an especially clever AI) is now taking a massively interventionist approach to post-production editing and clipping innumerable instances of “that which must be deleted.” So here’s to you, Invisible Back Office Sound Editor Person! You won that Fifth Star!

Always enjoy your podcast. Given the pending renewal of FAASection 702, and the cyber components I would recommend an interview with Chris Inglis.
