Description
This is the second part of our conversation with sports journalist David Walsh about the 1999 Tour de France, which was won by Lance Armstrong. The Texan was dogged by questions about doping once it emerged he had tested positive for a corticosteroid and produced a TUE form for it, which turned out to have been back-dated.
