“Hearing Ryan place parenting and marriage on the same plane as work was so refreshing since I’ve been making trade offs in one of these spheres often. But this episode crystallized my thoughts on doing justice to all three roles and not feeling bad about any losses you may have at work- Being a parent is the most important job- fully agree with Ryan. Getting your kids through their lows and helping them be resilient is more rewarding than partaking in their successes. Thank you Ryan. Must hear especially for Moms who have perennial guilt balancing it all.”
