Frustrating but invaluable
I don’t always agree with Ryan’s perspective or statements. He was infuriatingly wrong about “Bean Dad.” He is too online. He may be more hat than cattle. And the ads are obnoxious. BUT — The Daily Dad is an invaluable part of my listening life. Sometimes it is exactly the perspective I need at that time. Sometimes it’s something I’ll recall in the future, or something that inspires further reading. Sometimes it’s not, but it only costs me 2 minutes. The podcast is a lot like parenthood in that way — you can hit or miss on the content, but what really matters is being there. And this podcast is always here for me.

I love the daily reset and reminder to be present with myself and my children. Some days it hits harder than others but everyday there is something to take away, to focus on, and to try to be and do better for my children.
