I compared my run this morning with that I did two weeks ago and I saw marked improvement in stamina and speed: that was good I compared my preparation time for an upcoming marathon with the one I did when I set my best time, and I started doubting I could still run with a good finishing time: that was bad…and as I started fearing if I could even come close to my regular race times, it got ugly!
