“This podcast comes up on my Daily Wellness playlist on Spotify. I end up having to skip through it every day. If I could opt to take it off the playlist I would. This guy’s voice (back up from the microphone, first of all) is cheesy and just not at all genuine. His reflections on the quotes he sometimes reads are vapid. He *is* the cringe waiter from “Office Space”.”
