“This is one of my absolute favorite podcast to start the day with. Each of the episodes always seem to come at the right time. It’s my fall under the genre of self-help, but this podcast goes beyond self-help and actually gives listeners real, concrete ways to improve their mental health and to be mentally resilient as they get ready for their day or come to the end of a long day.
Each of these episodes are not too long, between 8 to 12 minutes. There are always some sort of breathing exercise and some good advice and reminders on how to be more mentally resilient as we go about our daily lives. I often find myself sharing what I’ve learned with family and friends, which helps them deal with their own struggles and turn. I am so glad this podcast exists!”
