“Dave has great insight for people looking to get out of debt and has helped so many people do this. Once out of debt though stop listening. Investing all your money in only mutual funds and real estate is not wise. Dave caused a lot of people to lose their life savings in 2008 by ignoring all the warning signs and common investing sense, and the next crash is coming as history predicts and he’s still not changing his tune.
