Loved the interview with Marissa, the medium. As someone who has seen my fair share, it was fascinating to hear her story — and also her process. I have never heard of the letter writing “medium” of connecting with loved ones. Loved this glimpse of another tool we have to comfort us in our grief.

Thank you for opening up discussion on what so many struggle with talking about. I have been on the side of grief where I felt I couldn’t talk about it because I felt nobody could understand. And I have been in the situation where I’ve wanted to talk and was shut down because the topic was...Read full review »

What a great episode of grief and loss. How you felt of your Moms passing resonates with me when my Dad passed. He was my life and I too wanted to die. No one understood. Thankfully I made it to the other side and into the light as you did. Thank you for sharing. I’m sorry for all your losses.

What a wonderful, meaningful, needed podcast. Death is such a taboo topic and experience in our society. Becky (the host) does a great job of bringing it back into the light, and de-stigmatizing the subject of grief. This podcast isn’t all sad, and it won’t make you super sad to listen to—rather...Read full review »

This podcast is proof that there are people out there who want to talk about the things that no one (seems to) want to talk about. Thank you for bringing these historically ‘hush-hush’ conversations out into the open.

Becky’s interviews show us that, not only are there a great deal of different ways in which we experience death, dying, caring for the dying and grief but that all of these stories are valuable. This is critical if we, as a society, are going to be able create a more compassionate way to support...Read full review »

This podcast was like a beacon of light when I needed it most, and continues to illuminate my life. Becki has created a way for people to talk about and think about death, loss and grieving. And while this is something that every one of us has done, or will do, it is not an area that we usually...Read full review »

This podcast has helped me address the many varied feelings associated with grief after death of a loved one. We all will experience death and loss in our lives and our culture seems to have a really difficult time talking about it which leaves the sufferer feeling alone and confused. This...Read full review »

I’ve been looking for a while for a podcast that talks openly, and honestly about death and grief, and I’ve finally found it. The host is heartfelt, knowledgeable, compassionate and holds space for these discussions in a very skilled way. A necessary antidote to a difficult and often isolating...Read full review »
