I have learned sooo much from you in the last couple of years and you’re in my head all day from showering while questioning and actually reading the labels of what’s in my products, then my morning coffee- trying to remember to eat a little something before drinking my morning Jo to avoid it from disrupting my hormones even further. While cooking in non-stick pans, working and playing with wireless devices, then in cleaning my laundry, dishes and countertops. I’m getting better about taking time to chill and even meditate when I remember and get a good 8 hours of sleep.
I feel so empowered and informed with data that is NOT ever communicated by the media, commercials, our doctors nor other healthcare providers.
