Not really a true crime podcast
I really liked the first few episodes but as the show progresses it becomes more and more speculative, to the point of essentially being a fiction. It’s more like a dramatic campfire ghost story based on a real crime rather than a factual account of a tragic murder-suicide committed by a teenage boy. That’s not necessarily a bad thing if it’s what you’re looking to listen to, but shouldn’t be regarded as falling within the true crime genre.

First off the negative reviews are not necessary, you can binge the whole season on Wondery & if you listen to the trailer you’d find that out for yourself without having to leave a bad rating!!
