We never miss Emma Vigeland Thursdays on The Majority Report with Sam Seder because Brandon is there — wry, trenchant Brandon. Thank you, man!

Welcome back! You’ve been missed. Great return episode on February 15 — a necessary corrective on this issue on the left (only half kidding, as there have been some truly stupefying takes).

If you aren’t a lgbtq woke loser you won’t enjoy it but you’ll at least get a glimpse of how self righteous & clueless the left has become. I suffered through one podcast. I’m not sure I can make it through another one. I wish i could give it a minus 5 stars.

I used to love this, but it has dawned on me this is miserable smug dude bros who talk out of both sides of their mouth. I hues fascism is funny when you have a patreon.

Highly recommend. I enjoy that they can discuss hot issues rationally and reasonably.

One of a small collection of just purely honest podcasts that have fundamentally reshaped my approach and engagement with politics and daily life, etc. That’s all it is- honest. It’s radical to listen to this kind of content and realize that’s the only difference between this and the charade...Read full review »

Over the past few months this podcast has become one of my favorites ever. The ideas discussed fill a lot of holes that other media had left infilled for me and I feel like it helps me learn about political, economic, and historical context required to understand the world around me. I really...Read full review »

Have absolutely loved this podcast between 1-2 years, but am just now rating 5/5, finally! I’m doing it now bc Michael Brooks death has moved me to thank folks who have helped shaped my politics and made me a better person. This podcast has done both those things, and Brandon and co. are amongst...Read full review »

I generally hate representation but I’m glad to hear great discourse from a bunch of people from various backgrounds. It’s one of the first political podcasts I’ve been able to listen to from beginning to end without skipping through.

I started listening several months ago and have not missed an episode. Brandon et al have a fresh and intelligent perspective on the American political landscape. Please continue the fact-based analysis to elucidate the corrupt, elite political structure that prevails in most western democracies,...Read full review »

I first heard of the show on TMBS. I am glad I found the podcast. The perspectives put forth you will not hear many other places. But the best part is the humor. This pod needs to blow up. Keep up the good work.

I love this podcast. It’s one of my favorites. The hosts talk about day to day events from a left perspective that’s not reflected on many other podcasts. Seriously, listen!

i’m sure we’ve alll listened to political podcasts that suffer from takes that go stale or current events discusssions that come out too late to be of interest anymore? the discourse avoids all this with everlasting hot takes, jokes, and insights from knowledgeable cohosts

Within ten minutes I learned that while Ilhan Omar is definitely NOT anti-Semitic, everyone who has criticised her IS motivated by racism. Sweet analysis. I’ll check back in whenever I need a reminder that your tribe = all good, other tribes = all bad.

I came across The Discourse podcast through By Any Means Necessary, and I’m glad I did. It has really insightful discussions on broader political trends, and has given clarity to the way I look at certain issues. My only complaint is how rarely episodes come out, but it clearly isn’t a...Read full review »

Great podcast with some smart people, the latest episode around guns is a great convo for how the left should address gun violence.

Great leftist critique and super interesting discourse. Really knowledgeable guests are featured too!

I loved the first episode I listened to (21: Death and Taxes), and want to listen to more before I write a more specific recommendation! In any case, if you want a lefty historically-conscious criticism of the road the US is barrelling ever-faster down, this is definitely an informed one!

The depth of knowledge of wide ranging topics make for a reliable learning experience. Not to mention the podcasts are, for the most part, surprisingly entertaining flirting with funny from time to time (approx once an hour).
