International in scope, though a bit watered down.
BBC's documentaries used to have some excellent coverage of news stories that don't get covered elsewhere. The stories in this podcast, though, are now more frequently of the "human interest" variety rather than investigative journalism (which I prefer) & so seem a bit watered down. Still they are international in scope & cover many topics/countries that NPR ignores.Read full review »

As usual, great stuff. Excellent standards as expected of the beeb. Yet, as many have already mentioned, the prefix DocArchive in the name makes it difficult for us to figure out the topic of discussion.
