“A compelling case but this podcast is 50% ads, each episode is only 20 minutes and covers very little new or exciting information. It’s mostly a history of the San Francisco LGBT scene in the 70s which is interesting, but not the premise of the podcast. Finally, what is up with this guy’s voice? Native Californian who talks with an obviously fake mix of southern and cowboy accent. It’s like he’s aiming for a Wild West affect but lands short on a Texas drawl. It’s so weird and pretentious.”
