“I listen to mainly fitness podcasts and they normally have a long interview with experts, with lots of great content with it. This podcast is a slightly different approach to this with more of the highlights and then John Berardi commentating and giving his views thought out. This makes it very easy to pick up information and understand how it’s useable after listening to the podcast. Really enjoyed it!”
