Too many health and fitness podcasts are becoming coach-centric these days. Hosts and guests backslapping each other about their niche and how great they are. This changes everything, choosing to be more agnostic about the message and preferring to let the science do the talking and allowing you to draw your conclusion. As evidence based practitioners should do. Well done. Dr John. 🙏🙏

Thanks for such a deep fresh voice and opinion to all the current questions. As a PN student I found it very fascinating and interesting for my further work. In my opinion it is the best program now in health.
