I created this sound experience to help you visualize your own beautiful journey into the next moon—to help you release, recenter, and reconnect with your deepest self. As the moon is reborn, so is your flow. Suggested visualization (feel free to create your own): You are floating in a still alpine lake under the stars. Everything is peaceful and the water hugs your body softly. Then slowly, slowly, like the most delicate piece of slate, you find yourself drifting, drifting in a graceful spiral, down through the water, into the deep, until you gently alight on the bottom of the lake. You are completely safe, completely alone, completely held by the still water. What do you feel in your body? Is there tension anywhere? What are you holding? What feels stuck? You have seen more than you want to see; you have experienced things that were harder than you ever imagined; the water around you holds your tears. Wherever you are holding on to tension, to grief, to stress, to fears... release them, pour them out now into the soft undulating waves of liquid. Let them spill away, and mingle with the healing waters. Notice the earth beneath you. Your body and the surface of the earth are made mostly of water, but beneath that is the solid, warm mass of the earth itself. You are grounded. Feel your own capacity for love, for strength, feel that of your ancestors, your deities, your guides, loving you and holding you. When you feel ready, spread your arms, shake your limbs, and swim your way back to the surface. I hope you emerge raw and refreshed, ready for the energy of the next moon. From my heart to yours, Nara
