Could be brilliant - but…
You asked for reviews, so here is mine. I honestly think this podcast could be amazing - but it’s not - for one main reason: Andy. It should be re-named ‘The Andy Interrupts Podcast’'. Andy Jaye is like a cringey local radio DJ stuck in the 1990s. He’s exhausting, outdated, and at times (very often) incredibly awkward to listen to. Please stop with the cheap ‘sexy’ gags and attempts at getting a laugh… First rule of comedy: if you have to try to be funny, you’re not funny. Amy needs to slow down too - all too often she’s just crashing and rattling her way through conversations making it hard to work out what she’s trying to say. Honestly, John is the only reason to listen. He’s compelling, has relevant anecdotes and yet seems to get swamped and interrupted by the other two. I feel like John is in desperate need of rescuing from this - either to have his own podcast or to join another car podcast. Alternatively, are the other two needed at all?Read full review »

Great to hear James’s (MrJWW) side of the Litchfield story and other insights. Could have done with another hour! James only said ‘man’ once of twice which was equally brilliant. Great listen.
