A hilarious way to learn nothing
Full disclosure, I was a guest on this podcast, so I was excited to hear the first few episodes. The Dubious Book of Famous Deeds lives up to all of its adjectives. This podcast is at its best when Paul and his guests question the writers, dissecting the events through their 21st century lens. A fun listen and a hilarious way to learn nothing (okay... maybe you'll be able to answer a couple more questions on Jeopardy)Read full review »

I listened to 17 minutes of the first episode - that’s 17 minutes I’ll never get back. I want to hear about the subject of the episode not their fear of dogs or love for cows. Not coming back!!!!

I’m loving these weird history lessons about old white men and the surrounding history of their lives! Plus it helps having Canada’s best comedians handling all this material. Every episode has been a fantastic listen, both hilarious and educational. Highly recommend.
