I came across this podcast through The Warren Network introductory episode on another podcast from the network. I have gone down the rabbit hole for sure and am completely drawn in to this wonderful, alluring podcast. Thank you for the amazing storytelling and beautifully put together podcast.

For anyone that lives away from Ireland, this is one hour a month where you can close your eyes and you genuinely feel like you could be in the corner of a pub (anywhere in Ireland) listening to someone tell their best story. Love it. Kev in London.

They say truth is stranger than fiction, well it’s certainly true when you hear the crazy stories people have to tell.. We all love a good story and this podcast brings you the best real life stories.. FANTASTIC 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love when I get notifications for the Story Slam. I love The Moth in general, but the Dublin Story Slam has something a little extra. It’s inspiring me to get the nerve up to tell my stories one day. Thank you!!

If you love moth radio you will LOVE this podcast. I have laughed, cried and sat on the edge of my seat awaiting the conclusion of some stories. Plus, it’s with an Irish accent which is by far one of the best on the planet! 💚🍀💚🍀💚🍀

My only complaint is that I’m finished and have to wait a month for another episode.

I love the way they run their events and the stories that come out of it. Authentic. Funny. Relatable. I wish there were hundreds more episodes to binge already and that I could go live!

Beautifully orchestrated and equally beautifully produced podcast... being a fan of The Moth, i stumbled upon this podcast when searching out others of like, and immediately fell in love, often listening late at night when cannot sleep... never disappointed. Keep it up Dublin, you’ve acquired a...Read full review »

I’ve only been to Dublin twice, but it has a piece of my heart. I live in Nebraska, USA, but I’m always dreaming of my next getaway to Ireland. I love the culture, the history, the people, and the pubs. I’m so happy I found this podcast because it makes me feel a bit closer to the place I find so...Read full review »

Just listened to the x-mas ep and cried AGAIN to the same story from the Moth. Love this podcast, and I wish I were there...in Ireland 🙂

I've listened to The Moth for years. The Dublin Story Slam Podcast as, so far, has featured better stories than I usually hear on The Moth. There may be better Personal Storytelling podcasts out there, but I've never found them. The storytellers of Dublin are amazingly honest and...Read full review »

Everything about Dublin Story Slam works for me even when it doesn’t. I figure it’s got something for everyone, so if a story comes along that I don’t like as much as another, I’m glad to know somebody else is happy. Community at its finest. I sure hope to make it to Ireland someday and find my...Read full review »

The stories are great! But the hosts yammer on too much with commentaries that add nothing to the stories. It’s lovely how they appreciate each storyteller, but I needn’t hear their favorite points and themes from each tale. They seem like charming lads, and they put together a fine podcast, but...Read full review »

The introduction to Episode 5 was almost 7 minutes. Come on guys, it’s a storytelling app. If you can’t give up the microphone at least spin a yarn.

I’ve been to several live Dublin Story Slam events, which are always great fun, and am always lost in admiration of the people who stand up to tell their stories. It’s great to have the podcast to listen back or to hear the stories you’ve missed.

As a newbie to Dublin, I wondered if I’d be able to find spoken word nights that I had back home. Well I found the Dublin StorySlam and couldn’t be happier. I look forward to it every month!

I was expecting this to just be a recording of the live Story Slam show (which is great, by the way) but actually, it’s very thoughtfully curated making it a very enjoyable podcast to listen to. Irish people are amazing at telling stories and this is a series of great examples of just what...Read full review »

While I could throw the Irish phrases I know from my cousins like “your man down the road”, “good Craic lads”, & “you’re very welcome” - I’ll just say this: Be you Dubliner by birth, residence, or just wishful thinking, this story based podcast sounds a treat. From the country known for its...Read full review »
