Changed not improved
The angle of nerding out about food and the food industry casually and on the street/diner level is exactly what should have stayed to be on brand for the demographics of the Eater audience. A relaxed and candid insider conversation giving access to the chefs we love best, deep dives into trends, products, and processes, is exactly what we are looking for from this podcast. The new hosts and format are far less engaging. Crushing.

Stumbled upon Eater (YouTube channel) I have been astonished by the quality of this podcast! I have learnt a lot about food and the food industry! Great insight, great hosts, glad I started listening! Looking forward to season 2!
