Amazing resource
After 30 years of suffering from som form of eating disorder, I am starting to believe that I could actually recover from this burden after listening to this podcast. This podcast is giving me hope that I could one day recover. It suggests tools and resources as well, that are super accessible. It has motivated me to start this journey. Indeed, I have started. Its going to be a super long journey, I believe, but now, thanks to listening to this podcast, I may just be able to reach some form of recovery. Before listening, I honestly had resigned myself to living with ED for ever.
