Most of all I just love that you are you…no apologies, no explanation, take it or leave it, honest and...Read full review »

I was deeply touched by your episode in memory to Sarah. As someone in recovery of anorexia and who was in treatment for it, I agree that eating plans often are very restrictive and fuel the belief that eating more than this would be over overeating. I lived in a larger body for a long time so...Read full review »

This podcast is utterly, utterly brilliant. As the parent of an (adult) child with an eating disorder, it has helped me so much to understand the condition. Doctors, therapists and psychiatrists have not come remotely close and just have not had the understanding or knowledge that Tabitha has....Read full review »

It’s February, 2021. I have just found your podcast and what to say how helpful your podcasts have been. I understand you are no longer making new podcasts, but please know that you are still helping people. People are still listening, new people all the time. Thank you!!

This podcast is so well crafted! The information is super accurate and useful. However, i think this podcast, like much discourse on EDs, does the mistake to only talk about anorexia, the least common and most represented ED in the media... all the other forms that EDs take, even for people...Read full review »

I cringed and laughed and cringed and laughed in this latest episode. It brought back so many memories of those ED behaviors I used to engage in 🤦‍♀️.
