The book sold well, the author gained a degree of fame and then it is revealed that the Astros cheated the entire season.
Somehow, with all of his incredible access, the author missed what opponents were saying the entire season.
Does he write an article explaining how he screwed up so badly? No. He cashes in again by relying on the listeners’ stupidity to explore the team’s shenanigans that he either willfully ignored or was too dense to see when he was there.”
