Honestly, couldn’t put a dollar figure on how valuable the conversations in this podcast are. Mistakes are meant to be made, we learn from them, do it better next time, until eventually we master the craft. Except, one mistake in property could set you back financially for the rest of your life. So having the ability to learn from other people’s mistakes that have walked the same path before you is incredibly valuable.

Info rich, tell it like it is, no sales agenda and big issues tackled. Perfect. Re Andrew Wilson: would have been better to hear everything he had to say and edit it out if you really didn’t like it but I agree his premise was silly and could have mislead listeners.

Like the show but getting Ben Kingsley on is like listening to a used car salesman. Everything is says appears to me to be vested interest. I would appreciate if he came on with someone who could critically analyse some of his statements and not allow them to be portrayed as fact
