This podcast has terrible sound quality in an echo chamber. The host needs to pad his location and get a good microphone. It was picking up turning pages, etc. Editing is need. It was too distracting to listen to.

Mark's a great interviewer, and has a huge reach in terms of who's in the field, so he's gathered an amazingly diverse group of people here. Well worth checking out.Read full review »

Good info, but the lip smacking and the mouth resetting with the mouth smacks are just so hard to hear. Audio quality is also not great in some of the older episodes.

I absolutely love the way Mark and his guests get down to the juiciness of the topics. There is an easy back and forth that feels like you are sitting with friends over coffee and discussing real life issues. I know the word gets overused these days but this feels authentic! I come from a...Read full review »

Really wanted to listen but the sound production is horrid, it sounds like it is being recorded in a bathroom with extra high end and extra reverb. Please get hold of an engineer, you have a great voice. You sounded great on triggernometry. Cheers

The only podcast from the field of embodiment that publishes episodes weekly and keeps you on the pulse of embodiment in the real world! Great guests old and new, regular updates and challenging our concepts of what it is to be Embodied.

I like so much of what is discussed, so many of the guests, and appreciate the Big Tent nature of the show. However, I find the interviewing style to be difficult to stomach. Host interrupts and acts like he knows everything.

Love this podcast! Mark is funny, down to earth and shares insights that are relatable and therefore easy to put into action myself. His guests are interesting and most seem to share the same fun easy going humour. Highly recommend.

He is so disrespectful to his guests, I’m surprised he can still convince someone to be interviewed!

I do enjoy the main content of the show and overall premise. However, the f** and sh** language used quite freely, especially in one of the recent episodes seemingly focusing on ‘self-regulation’, seems very unnecessary and not adding any extra value to the ideas that are being communicated. Host is not gracious to the people he interviews, in particular to women.
