“I was late to start listening to this series and that’s a good thing because I don’t think I would have been able to wait each week for a new episode! Now, I get to binge listen! The topics are motivating and now that I’ve waited so long to listen-- it motivates me to run longer distance/time because I want to hear the end of the episodes (I often listen to this series on my runs) I’m glad Lisa didn’t take a permanent break from doing podcasts because it’s like I just discovered listening to her in October 2015.
there’s a different topic so it’s NOT just about time management or fitness but so many different things. Things that can help moms in a real-life way.
Her interviews are so insightful. There’s so many things I learn about her guests that I didn’t know before! super cool! I like her interview style. She asks questions I want to know but isn’t intrusive.
I know she says not to multitask but you can listen to her and still can still get things done— laundry, running, picking up the kids from school or practices, washing dishes, making meals, etc...
