In this episode I explain the roles that calcium plays in your body and how you can get enough calcium from your diet even without having any dairy. I share the foods that you should eat more of as well as foods that make calcium absorption less effective. Ep 43: The magic of Omega 3 Fatty Acids. In this episode I explain what omega 3 fatty acids are and how they help reduce inflammation. I explain why you need to include them in your diet and what the vegetarian/vegan alternative is. Ep 33: Terrific turmeric. In this episode I explain how terrific turmeric is when you have Endometriosis. Definitely an ingredient to start adding to meals and even drinks. I also explain why you need to always combine it with black pepper. Ep 13: Nutrients that support and improve your immune system. In this episode we look at some key nutrients to support the immune system and reduce inflammation and which foods contain them.
