Endometriosis Awareness Month March is Endometriosis Awareness Month. And throughout the month I will be running events and provide resources to help you learn more about how you can reduce your symptoms by changing what you eat and drink. I’ll be running 3 free online workshops: Thursday 7 March AEDT: 5 Steps to take when you've been diagnosed with Endometriosis. In this workshop I explain how you can learn more about Endometriosis and what the engine is behind your Endometriosis and the severity of your symptoms. Monday 18 March AEDT: How to use diet to manage Endometriosis symptoms In this workshop I explain how inflammation is behind most of your symptoms and how you can tweak your diet to reduce the severity of your symptoms. Wednesday 27 March AEDT: How to use nutrition to maximise your fertility when you have Endometriosis In this workshop I will explain how Endometriosis affects your fertility and how nutrition can help to improve your chances of falling pregnant.
