Amazing amount of information
I have suffered from fatigue for many years. I spent so much money on all sorts of things, exams, doctors, books, but nothing helped. When I found Ari's information I thought it would be all the same old stuff again. But I decided to listen. Boy, I am glad I did! I was a book junkie on nutrition and this kind of stuff, but the info Ari was bringing up I never heard about. Would that be possible? Well I put In practice just couple of things he suggested and bang! The fatigue improved immensely. I can kind of have a normal day now. Amazing stuff? Definitely. It may be that science is forever improving, and the books I've been reading didn't catch up with the current science yet. Yes, Ari brings what is the most up to date cutting edge science on this fatigue stuff which I thought I was doomed to die with. His first podcast with Dr Myhill says a lot, Mitochondria being the major issue with fatigue...No wonder when I used to take this supplements for adrenal fatigue I used to feel ill, even faint... yes, there are a lot of misconceptions out there, and all the info Ari brings is matching up with years of my own attempts to address the issue. The podcast with Dr Myhill is full of information. I have listened again to some parts of it as the content is quite full on. But don't be afraid to listen all the podcasts until the end. Sometimes it may seem that it is too much information to take in, but everything starts to make sense as you listen, as more and more is explained. He is interviewing amazing people with real passion that is bringing amazing science to make peoples' life better. I loved towards the end of Dr Walsh interview, as he also expands beyond the biology of it and gets into the psychology of it which is brilliant. Dr Wentz interview is also inspiring as she tells her own struggles of trying to find a solution for her symptoms (I also used to have to sleep over 12 hrs a night and have naps during the day). Well, not anymore. Thank you Ari for your real desire to help people and to go the extra mile to find and interview people who really inspire and give information that you do not find out there very easily.Read full review »
