essential resource for any energy nerd's tool belt
This is my go-to podcast (and it has been for nearly two years). If you want to keep tabs on the the renewable energy industry, this is the best one-stop-shopping available. If you want to be able to make small talk with anyone in the industry, this podcast is the only tool you need. (Additionally, if you want to have intimate knowledge, you'll obviously be doing a good deal of reading, but this is an excellent weekly launch point). The Energy Gang hosts come incredibly well prepared, complement each other's areas of expertise beautifully, are engaging and fun to listen to, and they regularly bring on exceptional guests. Let me introduce them: Stephen, the host from Greentech Media, is a committed journalist who facilitates lively discussions from his extensive research and carefully developed opinions. Jigar wears several important hats; bold statements, solar expertise, and business/investor perspectives are his primary contributions. Katherine effortlessly folds a whole new dimension of energy policy into every discussion; she's intimately familiar with lawmakers and proceedings at (it seems) every level of government and regulation. Simply put, I know of no other resource that even attempts to give complementary tech/business/policy analysis of breaking news across the "greentech" space; this gang tackles it with apparent ease.Read full review »

More reviews of The Energy Gang
Lots of interesting energy topics discussed here. I think it would be more interesting if they could bring on a guest once in a while - bring in some different opinions. They could do some energy myth-busting - there's plenty of disinformation out there to choose from.Read full review »
