Anecdote is not presented as evidence, and the experts are open to all information as long as it’s backed by solid science. 3. Chuck is THE most steady, positive and affirming host, with a lived experience of reclaiming his health via WFPB eating. He’s dubbed “The Weight-Loss Champion” for a good reason, having lost literally hundreds of pounds and kept it off. As an Australian, I especially love it when he says “Daggone!” 4. It doesn’t try to sell you stuff. 5. It offers listeners a clear path to taking charge of our health without gimmicks or faddish thinking.
