Ezra is aiding and abetting Trump
If Trump is re-elected and we descend into fascism in this country I hope Ezra Klein is exhibit A in the history books of the treachery of the Progressive elites that abetted the MAGA takeover. I used to love this podcast. Especially when he was still with Vox. But ever since he joined The NY Times and especially since he moved to NY he’s become insufferably condescending and out of touch. And now he’s apparently made it his mission to tear down the one man standing in the way of an authoritarian take over of our country. Just like the rest of his fellow NY Times compatriots. He can say all day that he’s just “asking questions” but he's functionally doing the work of Trump by sowing doubt and tearing at the seams of the anti-MAGA coalition. I have no doubt he tells himself he’s doing something useful. But MAGA couldn’t be more pleased with what he’s attempting to accomplish. Whether he’s in fact collaborating with with them or not, he’s functionally carrying their water. The fact of the matter is, wealthy elites like him and Jon Stewart will be fine if Trump is re-elected. This is a big game for Ezra and his ilk. Ezra won’t lose his healthcare. He won’t lose access to reproductive care. He won’t worry about his children growing up with reduced or eliminated SNAP benefits or school lunches. In fact he’ll probably be pleased that his tax cut. In fact he’s wealthy and influential enough that if things do go south for him he can just flee with his family to another country. While the rest of us suffer. What he’s doing is despicable. A knife in the back.Read full review »

No one’s reviewed it yet so I figured I’d throw you a bone, Ezra. Five stars!

I’m so relieved that he is back with the podcast. Also, so glad that the first interview was with the most appropriate informed person on the topic that we need to know about right now. I don’t know if any interviewer is as good at asking questions as Ezra Klein.

Ezra’s skill as an interviewer is second to none. His ability to make any conversation a civil and productive one is admirable, especially in this polarized climate. Looking forward to more vegan content!
