It’s OK
I’m fairly new to the whole HAES/Intuitive Eating/Eff It Diet movement. Short of spending $$$ on programs and therapy, I thought I would try books and podcasts. I really like the host, Caroline. She is funny with the right amount of sarcasm and listening to the podcast makes you feel like you’re sitting right next to her just hanging out. It’s the content that’s just so so for me. I like the subjects, but the podcasts are short and the format always the same. At the end, I’m always left wanting more. Digging deeper. More facts and science. More guests and personal stories. Not just a summary of an issue then Q&A. She recommends checking out her blog and when I did, the blog post was almost the exact same short cliff notes version of a topic as the podcast. Maybe I’m missing something? I’ll stick it out a bit longer, but have a feeling there comes a point where you outgrow it, so to speak.

Someone else who think the way I do! No more diets. They don’t work! Looking forward to listening to more podcasts.
