Not a fitness pod
This pod started off really good and informative but as Sam and Taylor have figured out their lifestyle more, it’s mostly just them talking about their weekend recaps and boys. If that’s the type of pod you listen to then this is right for you. If you are looking for something with fitness/health advice (as this show is advertised) then move right along. 🙂 Also important to note to take their advice with a grain of salt. :)
