Loving it!
I’m really enjoying this podcast so far. I’m older than the target demographic (mom with two kids) but I’m finding the information helpful so far! I’ve been a gym goer for over 5 years and have fallen victim to the constant restrict eating and excessive cardio. I literally started tracking my protein after the first episode and I feel better than I have in years. Really excited to learn more and get out of these awful habits. Keep it up ladies!
