Not Sure What This Podcast Is About?
I have been listening since close to the beginning. I feel like I've heard Boris the recording engineer somewhere else? After multiple episodes I don't know if this is just an infomercial for his firm or a Jesuit education or some attempt to be like Bloomberg Radio/TV and provide some information on the why and how American politics influences the economy. What I think would make the podcast better is if each episode had a part that specifically dealt with the impact of the current political/economic news on the 99% of Americans who are not rich. For example, every time oil and gas prices go up, my wallet is hurt immediately but my retirement funds go through the roof. Is this good or bad? Both maybe? Catering to those who have been doing pretty well for the last 37 years does not make for particularly interesting listening after a while.Read full review »
