It all makes sense now.
Despite what are in retrospect very obvious signs, I was not diagnosed with ADHD until embarassingly into my 30's. I've been aware of this podcast for a little while but finally got around to listening this week (while exercising, walking the dog, cleaning the house, procrastinating, etc...) and have binged my way to being current. When my mind naturally starts to wander over the course of a show, I take the time to rewind so I can absorb as much as humanly possible. In every episode I find relatable echoes of my own lived experience. Each guest leaves me with actionable information that is already helping me in my business and personal life (I've even sent episode links to my business partner to help us work better together). I cannot reccomend this highly enough for anyone with ADHD/ADD or anyone who is in any form of relationship with someone who is "faster than normal."Read full review »

Peter is brilliant and he goes 100 mph and I love it. We all have our strengths and weakness but it is when we take our weakness and make them our strengths is were our lives turn around and we can do great things. Peter is a living example of this.

I love the way Peter shifts the conversation of ADD/ADHD from a weakness to a position of strength. ADHD is one of my superpowers and I have found his episodes very actionable! Keep em coming!

The conversations with people who have succeeded with ADHD are helpful and encouraging to those of us learning to deal with it.
