March 8th episode - I feel your pain! We now have a good team, and I hope they stay and grow with the practice, but we had to change the whole staff TWICE between June 2017 and Feb 2019! Is really hard to find good team members, that are willing to really work, and/or be aligned with your vision. Listening to this episode I kinda understand your OM (or previous OM) attitude when we stoped at your practice a few weeks ago to drop off some referrals ;). Hope you find great people for your team! And don’t lower your standards, you will just have more “drama” in the future if you do! And if I may, hire attitude and personality, skills they can learn, experience does not equal quality, at least that is our experience!
