It's OK to Slow Down
Listen now
Description
Slowing down doesn’t mean achieving less. When you step back from constantly producing and make the time to rest, you actually open the door for more prosperity and abundance.  Why is our culture built on a fast-paced lifestyle? It’s generally accepted that you’re not productive, you’re lazy. If you look back on the industrial age, hard work was the key to financial success; productivity is money became the dominant paradigm. Often the working man would sacrifice family time to bring in more cash.  In the eyes of society then and today, working hard means you’re a valued human. If you produce more, you’re worth more.  But what if we step into our feminine energy and allow it to lead? Our feminine energy is creative, intuitive, knowing, wise and yields it’s power through rest, divine inspiration, intuitive guidance and connection to nature. We are happier and more productive after time honoring our feminine energy.  I invite you to declare that you are worth more than the hours you put in and how much you get done in a day. Join me on today’s episode as I share how to get over the guilt of taking time off and invite you to embrace a new way.    Topics Covered: The importance of slowing down  Why our culture is so focused on productivity What allowing your feminine energy to lead means  What it feels like to choose your own pace of accomplishing your goals How the amount of time you work does not have to be directly linked to the amount of money you make   Go Deeper with Polly: Free Success Meditation Explore 1:1 Coaching with Polly   Follow Me: Learn more on my website: pollyalexandre.com  Follow me on Instagram: @polly_alexandre Connect with me on Facebook: Polly Alexandre
